    This rating is toward new management. I could attach my 3 page letter I have sent to all corporate level executives but to sum up our experience with new management, the representatives in the leasing office: 1. Will and have lied to law officials 2. Will and have lied to tenants about what the "law" is regarding packages being picked up. 3. Their office representatives think they can talk to residents however they want. 4. Are extremely, extremely unprofessional 5. They are drastically inconsistent with: billing issues, visitor parking rules, package rules. 6. The "manager" is probably everything BUT THAT. Please read all the complaints/reviews SPECIFICALLY about HER. Please please Google this place and read the reviews literally on EVERY WEBSITE THEY ARE LISTED ON THERE ARE NOTHING BUT BAD REVIEWS. And this new management has only been here 2 months.
